On Friday, December 15th, Dr. Webb and Ingrid had the opportunity to visit residents at The Residences at Brookside in Avon. As part of Greater Hartford Wellness’ effort to build community, Dr. Webb spoke to a small but attentive group of residents about Walk with a Doc and gave a sneak preview of January’s topic of goal setting. Dr. Webb was well-received and residents were eager to have her return.
We appreciated spending time with the residents and learning about what topics interest them. Stay tuned for future Walks with a Doc to hear about cancer, dementia and aging.
Please let us know if there are any health topics you would like to see discussed at upcoming walks and we’ll do our best to make it happen!
Thank you to Brookside for the warm welcome!
