Clinical Training Program

We offer a clinical training program for Doctoral candidates in Clinical Psychology (post-Master’s) from the University of Hartford.

Through this program, practicum students provide:

  • High-quality mental health services using evidence-based practices and treatment models

  • Individualized care with a small caseload and close supervision by Dr. Webb

On occasion, therapy sessions may be recorded for educational purposes only.  These recordings are securely stored and destroyed upon the practicum students’ completion of training.

What do you like best about your job?

My favorite thing about my job is having the chance to truly connect with people. I’m honored to hear their stories, share in their journeys, and explore together what makes them who they are. It’s such a privilege to be trusted with the tender, complex parts of someone’s life—and to support them as they grow, heal, and discover more about themselves.
