We offer a clinical training program for graduate students who have received their Master's degree and are Doctoral candidates in Clinical Psychology. Through this program, our practicum students provide high-quality mental health services using best practices and evidenced-based treatment models. Our trainees are closely supervised by Dr. Webb and maintain a small caseload to ensure quality care throughout the course of treatment. On occasion, therapy sessions may be recorded for educational purposes only. These recordings are securely stored and destroyed upon the practicum students’ completion of training.

Claire Young

Claire is a third-year doctoral student in clinical psychology at the Graduate Institute of Professional Psychology at the University of Hartford. She was born and raised in Key West, Florida and received her B.A. in Psychology from Wheaton College in Massachusetts. Prior to graduate school, Claire worked at two residential programs in the greater Boston area, both focusing on care towards adolescents and emerging adults with social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties that had extensive trauma histories. This past year, she worked as a clinical intern at a college counseling center and worked with counseling concerns such as depression, anxiety, academic concerns, relationship/interpersonal difficulties, gender-identity exploration, domestically violent relationships, trauma, anger management concerns, and life stressors. In her free time, Claire enjoys doing yoga, baking, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
