Our Approach
We believe our work with clients is a collaborative endeavor. More specifically, we seek to collaborate with those who are motivated and curious to change. We bring empathy, expertise, and energy to every session. Successful therapeutic work is founded on a trusting relationship between therapist and client.
Our team uses an integrated theoretical and treatment approach to understand each client, and together we create individual and/or family goals. While each clinician has their own style, we collectively draw from Developmental, Family Systems, Interpersonal, and Psychodynamic theories in practice. Play therapy and art-based interventions are often used in our work with children. Our team also utilizes empirically-supported, evidence-based treatments when clinically appropriate:
